  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 500 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 700 g plums
  • 450 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of frozen butter cut into small pieces, 100 grams of sugar, 300 grams of flour, and 1 egg yolk to the mixing bowl.
