Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 15 g curry powder
  • 30 g Onion, raw
  • 9 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 600 g Cod, raw
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 550 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 50 g potato starch
  • 40 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 600 grams of cod fillet cut into smaller pieces and 30 grams of onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at a speed of 9 rotations.
