Pancakes are prepared from batter based on soured milk, flour, eggs, sugar and baking powder. Thanks to the use of soured milk, these pancakes gain a light, soft consistency and a subtly sour taste.

Ingredients:
- 8 g sodium bicarbonate
- 100 g sugar
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Cream, 18% fat
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g wheat flour 450
- 100 g raspberry jam
- 500 g Zsiadłe mleko
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk. Add 100 grams of sugar and 2 eggs to the mixing bowl. Whisk for 8 minutes at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
