Ingredients:

  • 8 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g wheat flour 450
  • 100 g raspberry jam
  • 500 g Zsiadłe mleko

Method of cooking:

  1. Install the whisk. Add 100 grams of sugar and 2 eggs to the mixing bowl. Whisk for 8 minutes at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
