Ingredients:
- 470 g water
- 4 g ground cinnamom
- 250 g arborio rice
- 50 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 650 g milk, 2% fat
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk in the mixing bowl. Add 250 grams of arborio rice and 470 grams of water to the bowl. Cook for 4 minutes at 110℃ at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
