Ingredients:

  • 470 g water
  • 4 g ground cinnamom
  • 250 g arborio rice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 650 g milk, 2% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Install the whisk in the mixing bowl. Add 250 grams of arborio rice and 470 grams of water to the bowl. Cook for 4 minutes at 110℃ at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
