Fastelavnsboller - yeast buns
Norwegian yeast buns with whipped cream and raspberry jam, known as "fastelavnsboller," are a traditional treat served for Fastelavn, the Norwegian equivalent of carnival. These fluffy, buttery buns are made from yeast dough, which becomes light and delicately sweet after rising and baking.

Ingredients:
- 1 g cardamom
- 2 g baking powder
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 350 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 500 g wheat flour 450
- 300 g CVR whipped cream
- 100 g raspberry jam
Method of cooking:
- Add 350 grams of milk and 100 grams of butter to the mixing bowl. Heat for 3 minutes at 80°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
