Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 9 g salt
  • 20 g Bread crumbs
  • 10 g butter
  • 600 g Cod, raw
  • 15 g Corn flour (maize flour)
  • 300 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 600 grams of cod fillet cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
