Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 9 g salt
- 20 g Bread crumbs
- 10 g butter
- 600 g Cod, raw
- 15 g Corn flour (maize flour)
- 300 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 600 grams of cod fillet cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
