Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 180 g red onion
- 2 g oregano
- 1 g sweet paprika
- 150 g mozzarella chips
- 100 g chorizo sausage
- 500 g minced beef
- 15 g garlic
- 18 g salt
- 200 g Rice white polished
- 230 g Pepper, red
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 400 g tomato passata
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of chilled chorizo sausage, casing removed and sliced into thin 0.5 cm slices, to the mixing bowl.
