Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 180 g red onion
  • 2 g oregano
  • 1 g sweet paprika
  • 150 g mozzarella chips
  • 100 g chorizo sausage
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 15 g garlic
  • 18 g salt
  • 200 g Rice white polished
  • 230 g Pepper, red
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 400 g tomato passata

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of chilled chorizo sausage, casing removed and sliced into thin 0.5 cm slices, to the mixing bowl.
