Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g vinegar
- 150 g soy beverage
- 30 g Sarep mustard
- 20 g agave syrup
- 3 g salt
- 15 g lemon juice
- 250 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place a large glass on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and measure 250 grams of rapeseed oil or grapeseed oil and set aside. Install the whisk in the bowl.
