Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g fresh basil
  • 50 g grana padano cheese
  • 50 g pecorino romano
  • 200 g pasta
  • 8 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 80 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of pecorino romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents with a spatula to a small bowl and set aside.
