  • 800 g ground beef and pork
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 18 g salt
  • 150 g Rice white polished
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 1500 g Pepper, red
  • 30 g parsley leaves
  • 80 g clarified butter
