- 1 g ground black pepper
- 800 g ground beef and pork
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 18 g salt
- 150 g Rice white polished
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 1500 g Pepper, red
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 80 g clarified butter
