Ingredients:
- 40 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g arugula
- 400 g pasta
- 3 g salt
- 50 g lemon juice
- 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
- 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 60 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of pasta. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, then drain it, reserving ½ cup of the cooking water. In the meantime, proceed with the next steps.
