Ingredients:

  • 40 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g arugula
  • 400 g pasta
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 60 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of pasta. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, then drain it, reserving ½ cup of the cooking water. In the meantime, proceed with the next steps.
