Green gazpacho is a refreshing and healthy cold soup, a variation of the traditional Spanish gazpacho, but made with green vegetables instead of tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g vinegar
- 300 g ice cubes
- 250 g Cucumber
- 6 g salt
- 200 g Pepper, green
- 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
- 150 g wheat roll “Ciabatta”
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 30 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Slice one ciabatta roll into approximately 1 cm slices, grill them until golden on a dry pan or use a toaster, then set aside. Tear the second ciabatta into pieces and add to the mixing bowl.
