Ingredients:

  • 200 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g vinegar
  • 300 g ice cubes
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 6 g salt
  • 200 g Pepper, green
  • 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 150 g wheat roll “Ciabatta”
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 30 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Slice one ciabatta roll into approximately 1 cm slices, grill them until golden on a dry pan or use a toaster, then set aside. Tear the second ciabatta into pieces and add to the mixing bowl.
