Ingredients:

  • 1 g vanilla extract
  • 400 g nuts and dried fruits
  • 900 g natural yoghurt
  • 80 g honey
  • 480 g fresh figs

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 400 grams of dried fruit and nuts to the mixing bowl. Grind for 1 minute at a speed of 12 rotations. Line a cake pan with a diameter of about 20-25 cm with baking paper. Press the nut mixture evenly onto the base and sides of the tin. Place the prepared cake pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, proceed with the next steps.
