Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 40 g red onion
- 10 g French mustard
- 180 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 g cumin seed
- 2 g granulated garlic
- 100 g Cucumber
- 9 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
- 70 g romaine lettuce
- 60 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 150 g natural thick yogurt
- 20 g wheat flour 450
- 240 g wheat tortilla
Method of cooking:
- Place a small bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of Greek yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of ground cumin. Mix well, cover with cling film, and transfer to the refrigerator.
