Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g red onion
  • 10 g French mustard
  • 180 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 g cumin seed
  • 2 g granulated garlic
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 9 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
  • 70 g romaine lettuce
  • 60 g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 150 g natural thick yogurt
  • 20 g wheat flour 450
  • 240 g wheat tortilla

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a small bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of Greek yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of ground cumin. Mix well, cover with cling film, and transfer to the refrigerator.
