Ingredients:
- 40 g red onion
- 10 g fresh rosemary
- 1 g baking powder
- 200 g gorgonzola
- 150 g spelt flour
- 150 g butter
- 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 120 g Cheese, Camembert, whole fat
- 40 g honey
- 100 g cheese, “Feta”
- 250 g fresh figs
- 150 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of a bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh out 40 grams of red onion cut into feathers. Set the bowl aside. Place another bowl on the lid of a bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh out 250 grams of figs cut into eighths. Set this bowl aside.
