Ingredients:
- 150 g sugar, brown
- 100 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 350 g butter
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 600 g plums
- 450 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of brown sugar, 150 grams of wheat flour, and 150 grams of cold butter to the clean mixing bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Transfer the crumble to a bowl, cover with cling film, and refrigerate.
