  • 250 g leek

  • 300 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat
  • 250 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 10 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of whipping cream 30%, 4 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme to the mixing bowl.
