Pasta with lemon mascarpone sauce
“Al limone” – the divine Italian lemon sauce. Incredibly simple and quick to make. Exceptionally creamy, prepared on a mascarpone base with strongly noticeable lemon aromas.

Ingredients:
- 125 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 15 g lemon peel
- 120 g mascarpone
- 400 g macaroni spaghetti
- 50 g Lemon
- 3 g salt
- 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 100 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of spaghetti (or bucatini) pasta. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, drain the pasta and reserve ½ cup of the cooking water. Do not rinse the pasta with cold water.
