Pakora is a popular Indian snack, usually served as an appetizer. Pieces of vegetables are dipped in a batter made from chickpea flour with water and aromatic spices, then deep-fried until crispy.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g water
  • 2 g turmeric, ground
  • 4 g cumin seed
  • 3 g fenugreek seeds
  • 2 g chili powder
  • 4 g granulated garlic
  • 250 g dried chickpeas
  • 12 g salt
  • 300 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 400 g Cauliflower
  • 500 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of organic dried chickpeas to the bowl. Grind for 2 minutes at a speed of 19 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
