Ingredients:

  • 80 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 20 g fresh basil
  • 70 g pecorino romano
  • 400 g macaroni spaghetti
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g white dry wine
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 100 g Guanciale

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of guanciale (or smoked bacon) cut into thin 2 cm strips. Set aside. In another bowl, weigh 400 grams of spaghetti (or tagliatelle). Set the bowl aside. Add 1 chili pepper (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces) to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
