Samosas
A classic Indian dish and a delicious snack: triangular dumplings fried in deep oil, filled with a potato and green pea stuffing with aromatic spices.

Ingredients:
- 390 g water
- 2 g turmeric, ground
- 15 g coriander leaves
- 2 g cumin seed
- 5 g ginger root
- 24 g chili peppers
- 8 g garam masala
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 4 g garlic
- 15 g salt
- 300 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 620 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g Potato, long stored
- 150 g Peas, green, drained, canned
- 80 g Peas, green, drained, canned
- 4 g Kolendra, nasiona
Method of cooking:
- Add 140 grams of cold water, 70 grams of rapeseed oil, 300 grams of wheat flour, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Knead for 2 minutes at a speed of 8 reverse rotations. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and, with hands lightly greased with oil, knead until it stops sticking. Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside.
