Ingredients:

  • 390 g water
  • 2 g turmeric, ground
  • 15 g coriander leaves
  • 2 g cumin seed
  • 5 g ginger root
  • 24 g chili peppers
  • 8 g garam masala
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 4 g garlic
  • 15 g salt
  • 300 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 620 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g Potato, long stored
  • 150 g Peas, green, drained, canned
  • 80 g Peas, green, drained, canned
  • 4 g Kolendra, nasiona

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 140 grams of cold water, 70 grams of rapeseed oil, 300 grams of wheat flour, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Knead for 2 minutes at a speed of 8 reverse rotations. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and, with hands lightly greased with oil, knead until it stops sticking. Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside.
