Ingredients:
- 20 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 100 g red onion
- 2 g cardamom
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 2 g cumin seed
- 10 g ginger root
- 12 g chili peppers
- 200 g Pineapple
- 120 g sugar
- 4 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 500 g mango
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 70 g apple cider vinegar
Method of cooking:
- Add 10 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces, 1 chili pepper (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces), 1 peeled garlic clove, and 100 grams of red onion to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
