Ingredients:

  • 20 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 100 g red onion
  • 2 g cardamom
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 2 g cumin seed
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 200 g Pineapple
  • 120 g sugar
  • 4 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 500 g mango
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 70 g apple cider vinegar

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 10 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces, 1 chili pepper (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces), 1 peeled garlic clove, and 100 grams of red onion to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
