Ingredients:

- 230 g Pepper, red
- 50 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat
- 100 g raw pork bacon
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of raw bacon cut into 1–2 cm cubes and 230 grams of red bell pepper, washed, dried, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces. Fry the weighed ingredients for 5–6 minutes in a preheated pan and set aside.
