Ingredients:

  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 36 g chili peppers
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 20 g sugar
  • 20 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 500 g Pepper, red
  • 30 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 30 g apple cider vinegar
  • 2 g Kolendra, liście suszone

Method of cooking:

  1. Add to the bowl 5 peeled garlic cloves, 3 chili peppers (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces), 500 grams of red bell peppers (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces), and 1 teaspoon of dried coriander. Blend for 50 seconds at a speed of 18 rotations.
