Ingredients:
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 36 g chili peppers
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 20 g sugar
- 20 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 500 g Pepper, red
- 30 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 30 g apple cider vinegar
- 2 g Kolendra, liście suszone
Method of cooking:
- Add to the bowl 5 peeled garlic cloves, 3 chili peppers (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces), 500 grams of red bell peppers (washed, deseeded, and cut into smaller pieces), and 1 teaspoon of dried coriander. Blend for 50 seconds at a speed of 18 rotations.
