Ingredients:

  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 275 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 80 g honey
  • 5 g Sesame seeds

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, weigh 400 grams of feta cheese (2 rectangular blocks of 200 grams each), and set aside.
