Ingredients:
- 1200 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 1 g marjoram
- 2 g lovage
- 1 g smoked paprika
- 300 g tofu
- 400 g Onion, raw
- 10 g Horseradish, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 360 g Eggs, boiled
- 240 g Potato, long stored
- 2 g Sea salt
- 50 g clarified butter
- 800 g Zakwas na żurek
Method of cooking:
- Add 400 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
