Ingredients:

  • 1200 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 2 g lovage
  • 1 g smoked paprika
  • 300 g tofu
  • 400 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g Horseradish, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 360 g Eggs, boiled
  • 240 g Potato, long stored
  • 2 g Sea salt
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 800 g Zakwas na żurek

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 400 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
