Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g French mustard
- 130 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 80 g pickled dried tomatoes
- 4 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 30 g Pumpkin seeds
- 150 g spinach
- 20 g honey
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a large salad bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of baby spinach, 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese cut into 1-2 cm cubes, 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 130 grams of cherry tomatoes, and 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes drained from the marinade and cut into smaller pieces. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
