Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g French mustard
  • 130 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 80 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 4 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 30 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g spinach
  • 20 g honey
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a large salad bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of baby spinach, 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese cut into 1-2 cm cubes, 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 130 grams of cherry tomatoes, and 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes drained from the marinade and cut into smaller pieces. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
