Ingredients:
- 450 g wheat flour
- 240 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 20 g fresh basil
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 4 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 90 g Oil, olive
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 100 g Sos czosnkowy - CVR
Method of cooking:
- Add 420 grams of type 00 flour, 240 grams of water, 20 grams of crumbled fresh yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the bowl. Knead for 3 minutes at a speed of 8 reverse rotations.
