Ingredients:

  • 450 g wheat flour
  • 240 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g oregano
  • 20 g fresh basil
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g sugar
  • 4 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 90 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 100 g Sos czosnkowy - CVR

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 420 grams of type 00 flour, 240 grams of water, 20 grams of crumbled fresh yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the bowl. Knead for 3 minutes at a speed of 8 reverse rotations.
