Ingredients:
- 30 g sugar
- 25 g lemon juice
- 20 g gelatine
- 250 g orange juice 100%
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and measure 50 grams of juice (e.g., orange or mandarin). Add 20 grams of gelatin. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
