Ingredients:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 270 g water
- 5 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 10 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 30 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of type 00 flour, 270 grams of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 10 grams of fresh yeast crumbled into smaller pieces to the bowl. Knead for 3 minutes at a speed of 8 reverse rotations.
