Ingredients:

  • 60 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g coriander leaves
  • 4 g fenugreek seeds
  • 6 g chili peppers
  • 130 g onion spring
  • 2 g ground coriander
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 4 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 350 g tmato
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 10 g apple cider vinegar

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of shelled walnuts, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 peeled garlic clove, 1/2 washed and dried chili pepper, deseeded and cut into smaller pieces, 1 teaspoon of ground fenugreek, 60 grams of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to the bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
