Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 180 g tofu
  • 30 g Chives
  • 150 g Pasta miso
  • 10 g Wakame, glony, wodorosty
  • 20 g Grzyby shiitake, suszone
  • 30 g Kombu, wodorosty

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1500 grams of water, 20 grams of dried shiitake mushrooms, and 30 grams of kombu seaweed to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes at 140°C.
