Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 180 g tofu
- 30 g Chives
- 150 g Pasta miso
- 10 g Wakame, glony, wodorosty
- 20 g Grzyby shiitake, suszone
- 30 g Kombu, wodorosty
Method of cooking:
- Add 1500 grams of water, 20 grams of dried shiitake mushrooms, and 30 grams of kombu seaweed to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes at 140°C.
