Ingredients:
- 20 g coconut oil
- 20 g coriander leaves
- 20 g soy sauce
- 10 g ginger root
- 5 g chili peppers
- 30 g lime juice
- 210 g lemongrass
- 10 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 30 g Rice flour
- 400 g Cod, raw
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 120 g banana
- 60 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 10 g fish sauce
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 grams of shredded coconut and the thick lower part of lemongrass, sliced into thin 0.5 cm rounds, to the bowl.
