Ingredients:

  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 20 g coriander leaves
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 5 g chili peppers
  • 30 g lime juice
  • 210 g lemongrass
  • 10 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 30 g Rice flour
  • 400 g Cod, raw
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 120 g banana
  • 60 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
  • 10 g fish sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 grams of shredded coconut and the thick lower part of lemongrass, sliced into thin 0.5 cm rounds, to the bowl.
