  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 100 g water
  • 30 g sugar, brown
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 600 g pork tenderloin
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 10 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 20 g rice vinegar
  • 20 g garlic
  • 15 g Chives
  • 5 g Sesame seeds
  • 24 g potato starch
  • 20 g Dark soy sauce
  • 30 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl. Reset the scale and weigh 600 grams of cleaned pork tenderloin, cut into 3 cm long strips about 1 cm thick.
