Ingredients:

  • 1200 g water
  • 80 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 2 g turmeric, ground
  • 20 g coriander leaves
  • 4 g fenugreek seeds
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 12 g sweet paprika
  • 4 g ground coriander
  • 800 g beef
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 150 g Walnuts
  • 200 g boiled white rice
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 800 grams of beef (stew meat) cut into 2 cm cubes and 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika. Mix thoroughly, brown the meat in a pan, and set aside.
