Ingredients:
- 1200 g water
- 80 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 2 g turmeric, ground
- 20 g coriander leaves
- 4 g fenugreek seeds
- 12 g chili peppers
- 12 g sweet paprika
- 4 g ground coriander
- 800 g beef
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 150 g Walnuts
- 200 g boiled white rice
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 800 grams of beef (stew meat) cut into 2 cm cubes and 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika. Mix thoroughly, brown the meat in a pan, and set aside.
