Lagana bread
Lagana is a type of flatbread traditionally prepared with sourdough, wheat flour, sesame seeds, and without any fat. In Greece, it is usually prepared at the beginning of Lent before Easter.

Ingredients:
- 700 g wheat flour
- 500 g water
- 5 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 30 g Sesame seeds
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of water, 20 grams of fresh crumbled yeast, and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (type 650) to the bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 40℃ at a speed of 4 rotations. Leave in the bowl for 15 minutes.
