Peinirli - Greek pizza
A popular snack in Greece – wheat, yeast-based flatbreads shaped like boats and filled with aromatic cheese stuffing. In the original version, this is a mix of sheep and goat cheeses.

Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 5 g sugar
- 9 g salt
- 500 g wheat flour, type 550
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 200 g Ser owczy
- 300 g Ser graviera
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale and weigh 200 grams of sheep's cottage cheese divided into smaller pieces, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 300 grams of grated graviera cheese, yellow sheep's cheese or Gouda cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
