A Georgian meat dish that is mildly spicy, full of aromatic spices with the addition of tomatoes and fresh herbs. The preparation is not difficult, yet the result is a deeply flavorful stew.

Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g bay leaf
- 2 g cumin seed
- 36 g chili peppers
- 2 g ground coriander
- 700 g beef
- 1 g chili flakes
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 200 g boiled white rice
- 400 g tmato
- 60 g sunflower oil
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 80 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 2 g Cząber
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 700 grams of beef (boneless beef shank (hind shank) or beef neck) cleaned, dried, and cut into 2 cm cubes. Transfer to a pot, add 3 bay leaves, and cover with cold water so that it covers the beef. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until tender for 1.5-2 hours. After this time, strain the meat, pour the cooking beef broth into a bowl, and set aside.
