Ingredients:
- 150 g wheat flour
- 180 g water
- 12 g salt
- 20 g sunflower oil
- 150 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, 150 grams of wheat flour (type 450 or 500), 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and 180 grams of warm water to the bowl. Knead the dough for 7 minutes.
