Ingredients:

  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 180 g water
  • 12 g salt
  • 20 g sunflower oil
  • 150 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, 150 grams of wheat flour (type 450 or 500), 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and 180 grams of warm water to the bowl. Knead the dough for 7 minutes.
