- 2 g baking powder
- 250 g carbonated water
- 80 g Spirits (40% volume)
- 1 g salt
- 80 g potato starch
- 150 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk attachment in the bowl. Add 150 grams of wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.
