Ingredients:

  • 2 g baking powder
  • 250 g carbonated water
  • 80 g Spirits (40% volume)
  • 1 g salt
  • 80 g potato starch
  • 150 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Install the whisk attachment in the bowl. Add 150 grams of wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.
