Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 2 g granulated garlic
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 20 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 200 g basmati rice
  • 30 g rice vinegar
  • 2 g chili flakes
  • 180 g Avocado
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 6 g salt
  • 15 g Chives
  • 60 g Oil, sesame
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 20 g honey
  • 400 g Salmon, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Cook 200 grams of dry basmati rice. See the recipe for ‘Basmati rice’. You should end up with about 600 grams of cooked rice. Let it cool completely.
