Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g soy sauce
- 2 g granulated garlic
- 20 g ginger root
- 20 g hot sriracha sauce
- 200 g basmati rice
- 30 g rice vinegar
- 2 g chili flakes
- 180 g Avocado
- 200 g Cucumber
- 6 g salt
- 15 g Chives
- 60 g Oil, sesame
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 20 g honey
- 400 g Salmon, raw
Method of cooking:
- Cook 200 grams of dry basmati rice. See the recipe for ‘Basmati rice’. You should end up with about 600 grams of cooked rice. Let it cool completely.
