Napoleonka made with ready-made puff pastry is a simplified version of the classic dessert that can be prepared in much less time. Instead of making the pastry from scratch, store-bought puff pastry is used. This way, the napoleonka keeps its characteristic lightness and crispness while being much less labor-intensive.

Ingredients:

  • 20 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 550 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 110 g sugar
  • 300 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 900 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 70 g potato starch
  • 60 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 900 grams of milk, 6 egg yolks, 110 grams of sugar, 4 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, 60 grams of wheat flour, and 70 grams of potato starch to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
