Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 300 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 110 g butter
- 60 g leek
- 120 g tmato
- 100 g Celeriac
- 400 g Potato, long stored
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 100 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, 60 grams of the white part of leek, cut into smaller pieces, and 1 peeled garlic clove to the dry bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
