  • 12 g salt
  • 110 g butter
  • 60 g leek
  • 120 g tmato
  • 100 g Celeriac
  • 400 g Potato, long stored
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 100 g parsley root

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, 60 grams of the white part of leek, cut into smaller pieces, and 1 peeled garlic clove to the dry bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
