Ingredients:

  • 90 g sugar, brown
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 80 g pecan nuts
  • 140 g vanilla ice cream
  • 70 g butter
  • 50 g Rolled oats
  • 425 g peach
  • 45 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Cut 5 peaches in half and remove the pits. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
