Ingredients:
- 20 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 8 g baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 150 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 700 g peach
- 130 g Oil, rapeseed
- 270 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 700 grams of pitted peaches. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Line a 24x30 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
