Ingredients:

  • 20 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 700 g peach
  • 130 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 270 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 700 grams of pitted peaches. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Line a 24x30 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
