Ingredients:
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 500 g buttercream
- 40 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 80 g Pudding in powder
- 500 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 500 g biscuits
- 120 g Chocolate, bitter
- 400 g Cream, 30% fat
- 18 g ‘fix’ cream stabiliser
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of milk.
