  • 6 g baking powder
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 480 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 30 g Cocoa, powder
  • 220 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170℃ with the convection function. Line a 22-24 cm springform pan with parchment paper.
