  • 1 g vanilla extract
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 450 g peach
  • 50 g potato starch
  • 350 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 350 grams of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, 200 grams of cold butter cut into small pieces, 50 grams of cold water, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, 50 grams of sugar, and 2 egg yolks to the bowl. Mix for 15 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
