  • 3 g ground cinnamom
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 3 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 210 g sugar
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 140 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g pumpkin puree CVR
  • 200 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Line a 20–23 cm springform pan with baking paper.
