- 3 g ground cinnamom
- 6 g baking powder
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 3 g sodium bicarbonate
- 210 g sugar
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 140 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g pumpkin puree CVR
- 200 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Line a 20–23 cm springform pan with baking paper.
