Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 200 g sugar, brown
- 10 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 2 g baking powder
- 4 g sodium bicarbonate
- 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 6 g salt
- 120 g Oil, rapeseed
- 40 g Cocoa, powder
- 70 g Plum jam “Powidła śliwkowe”
- 170 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Place a glass on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 120 grams of oil. Set the glass aside.
