Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 200 g sugar, brown
  • 10 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 4 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 6 g salt
  • 120 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g Cocoa, powder
  • 70 g Plum jam “Powidła śliwkowe”
  • 170 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Place a glass on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 120 grams of oil. Set the glass aside.
